La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian
organization dedicated to providing education, information, support,
and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed. Each of our Groups
meets monthly. All breastfeeding mothers and pregnant women interested
in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our free meetings or call our
Leaders for breastfeeding help.
La Leche League of the Palos Verdes Peninsula and Neighbors Chapter offers support and information through:
- Mother-to-Mother support
- Monthly meetings
- Telephone help from accredited Leaders
- Lending library with books on childbirth, breastfeeding and related subjects
- Sales of The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding, or other items
All
breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are
welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for
breastfeeding help or information. Babies are always welcome at our
meetings.

Membership
Membership dues are $40 annually, which benefit La Leche League around the world and locally in helping gather and share breastfeeding information.

Our daytime meeting meets on the second Friday of every month at 10am. Our evening meeting is on the third Monday of every month at 7pm. We have a park days on different days of the week.
